Locality:
Roi Soleil is situated in Antibes on the Cote d'Azur. Antibes is 30 minutes from Nice airport, 40 minutes from Monaco, 5 minutes from Juan les Pins (famous for its Jazz Festival), 10 minutes from Cannes and 5 minutes from the exclusive Cap d'Antibes which offers stunning cliff walks along the coast and has one of the top 10 voted best beaches in the world (Plage Keller).

Old town Antibes is a 15 minutes walk (5 minute drive) from the apartment - here you will find cobblestone streets, a Provencal market, restaurants, beaches and a world famous port and marina. There are numerous beautiful beaches, both private and public within a few minutes drive of Roi Soleil. Inland are the pretty villages of Mougins, Biot, St Paul de Vence and Valbonne. A selection of golf courses are within 30 minutes drive.

Accommodation:
The newly furnished ground floor apartment comprises:

• Lounge with double sofa bed, TV and video, side tables etc and has patio doors leading into the private secluded garden.
• Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge/ice box, washing machine microwave oven, table and chairs with patio doors to small front patio area.
• Double bedroom with patio doors leading to:
• Doors from master bedroom lead to 2nd bedroom with 2
  single beds, chest of drawers and door to patio.
• Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
• Separate 2nd toilet.

Roi Soleil is a private, mainly residential complex and has 24 hour gated security. It boasts a large swimming pool, childrens' pool and 2 tennis courts, all set in immaculate gardens.

The apartment has its own private parking space and is adjacent to a small number of shops including bar/café, charcuterie, butcher, mini supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria and newsagent.

Rates:
Low Season (1st November - 28 February) £395 per week

Mid Season (1st September - 31st October & 1st March - 31st May) £395 per week

High Season (1st June - 31st August) £495 per week
